Although I agree there are a lot of barriers and obstacles that society needs to address as a whole, it starts with the individual making a conscious decision. We need to start owning our decisions and ask ourselves why we feel the need to keep up with the pace of society. Separating our wants from our needs is crucial in understanding what we can do for ourselves when it comes to self-care.
